Debbie Reed, MA
Debbie Reed has 30 years of marketing, strategic planning, and organizational leadership experience. She has worked in P.R. and marketing for non-profit organizations, a national financial institution, and for five years owned The DDR Group, a marketing communications firm specializing non-profit work. For the past 24 years, she has been with Chaddock, having served as Director of Marketing, Director of Planning and Special Projects, Chief Operating Officer, and for the last 12 years as President/CEO of the agency.
Debbie serves as chair of the national board of the United Methodist Association, on the board of the Illinois Great Rivers Alliance, and on the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services Child Welfare Advisory Committee. Locally, Debbie is the Board Chair of the Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also a frequent conference presenter on topics including leadership, strategic planning, innovation, quality assurance, marketing, and faith-based business accountability. In addition, Debbie writes a weekly leadership blog at reedaboutleadership.wordpress.com.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Drake University, a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from Bellevue University, and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University.

Debbie and her husband Brennan have been married for more than 30 years, and they have two sons, Tanner and Landon.
